Job Summary

This Assistant Educator role is part of our brand-new 72-place N Bishop's Stortford Nursery, opening in November 2024. As an integral member of our team, you'll inspire children to dream big, think creatively, and act responsibly, while enjoying access to top-notch facilities, tools, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sustainable Learning Environments: Support the delivery of our 'learning through play' educational ethos and the N Curriculum, sensitively implementing daily routines and planning innovative learning experiences that challenge children's development.
  • Child Safety and Well-being: Ensure key transition periods occur smoothly, supervise meal times, adhere to policies, and promote safeguarding procedures to maintain the highest standards of child welfare.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness, ensure H&S-related tasks are completed promptly, and implement behavioural safety within the nursery, adhering to company policies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Be committed to reflective practice, accountability, and continual professional development, striving for exceptionally high standards and leadership excellence.
