About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our team at Mowat Court Care Home. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the care home, maintaining high standards of care, and promoting a positive image of the organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operation of the care home, ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.">
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and services provided to residents.">
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality care.">
  • Maintain excellent relationships with stakeholders, including relatives, residents, and external agencies.">

Requirements:

A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Home Manager in a residential care setting. Proven ability to manage budgets, staff, and resources effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
