Job Summary

Oil And Gas Job Search Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Geomechanics Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert technical advice and Technical Quality Assurance for Geomechanics aspects of field development plans.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in geomechanics and experience in field development. They will be responsible for proposing procedures for minimum tests, acquisitions, and studies required to maintain good geomechanics and rock mechanics models throughout the field's development.

The successful candidate will also assist and mentor the geoscientists community by leading and supporting activities, technical programs, and competency processes. They will perform geomechanics studies and data synthesis in collaboration with field development before implementation in reservoir models.

Requirements

The minimum qualification for this role is a Bachelor's degree in a petro-technical discipline, with an advanced degree being preferable. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
