About the Position:

We are looking for someone who is passionate about supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses to grow and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business diagnostics to assess client needs and identify potential support requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout their business journey.
  • Collaborate with the Eco System and specialist partner organisations to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • Manage high-volume client enquiries and deliver exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of small local businesses and the needs of SMEs.
  • Proven experience in business support, either in the public or private sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
