We are seeking a Global Risk Governance Specialist to join our global Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of a global ERM function in one of the most dynamic areas of the financial markets.

The successful candidate will have the ability to develop and implement a robust risk framework, support the organization's resilience, and build strong relationships across the business. You will work closely with a high-performing and collaborative team, building meaningful relationships across regions and delivering impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • Risk Framework Execution: Develop and implement a dynamic and provocative risk assessment approach, fostering a positive risk culture through risk training vehicles and scenario analyses.">
  • Regulatory and Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the ERM team in discussions with regulators, auditors, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of risk practices.">
  • Incident and Risk Event Management: Coordinate the identification, escalation, and resolution of risk events, ensuring timely incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of lessons learned.">
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business risk owners, regulatory compliance teams, and technical teams.">

Qualifications:

">
  • Qualification to degree level">
  • Ability to develop an understanding of business processes and technology used within Tradeweb">
  • 5+ years of risk and audit management and/or internal controls">
  • Have, or willing to obtain, CRMP, CISSP, CISA or CISM qualifications or equivalent (training will be provided if required)">
  • Ability to understand Policy and procedural documentation as required">
  • Manage competing deadlines and prioritise responsibilities to effectively meet business needs">
  • Work both independently and as part of a team at all levels and across all business units">
  • Demonstrate an understanding of business processes and enterprise risk management fundamentals">

Estimated Salary:$160,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience
