We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Enrichment Coordinator. As a key member of our care home team, you will play a vital role in creating a stimulating environment that enables us to deliver exceptional all-round care and support for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement imaginative and engaging activities that cater to the diverse interests and abilities of our residents
- Work closely with our community engagement team to establish and maintain community links and showcase our care home
- Update our social media platforms to promote our activities and services
- Get to know our residents and their families to create tailored activity programs that maximize their lifestyle, wellbeing, independence, and social engagement
