About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Teacher Support Professional in Tower Hamlets. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic primary school setting, working closely with experienced teachers and support staff to deliver high-quality education to our students.

This is a long-term contract until July 2025, providing a stable and fulfilling work environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to qualify as a teacher and gain QTS, making this an ideal role for those looking to progress their career in primary education.

The estimated salary for this role is £21,000 - £26,000 per year, paid weekly on a PAYE basis. We require a minimum of a 2:1 graduate from a Top 20 UK University. As a Teacher Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, and providing individual support to students as needed.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Support the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons and resources
  • Provide individual support to students, including literacy and numeracy coaching
  • Assist with classroom management and organization
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes
