Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the food and beverage team to deliver exceptional service and high-quality food to our guests.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the food and beverage outlets, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Monitor and control food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
