Role: Gas Engineer

Location: Edgware Community Hospital

Package: £36,000-£45,000 DOE, with company van and tools provided, 27 days holiday

Opportunity:

We are seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to join our team at Edgware Community Hospital. Our client holds one of the largest portfolios in the UK, comprising more than 3000 properties, ranging from listed buildings through to state-of-the-art integrated health campuses.

As a Gas Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work on the delivery frontline, delivering scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services, ensuring that operational standards are always maintained.

Responsibilities:

Day to day, you'll deliver scheduled, reactive, and remedial maintenance services, as directed by the Technical Services Supervisor and PPM planner, ensuring that operational standards are always maintained.

You'll use the company van to visit various other sites on your patch, so lots of variety in your week. You can expect to carry out fault finding, minor repairs and installations within critical healthcare sites, so experience of working in commercial settings is really key.

Requirements:

We'd like to speak with you if you are Registered Gas Safe with ACS qualifications in Domestic and Commercial Gas Installations, and holding certificates in:

  1. CODNCO1
  2. CPN1
  3. ICPN1
  4. CIGA1
  5. CORT1
  6. CDGA1
  7. TPCP1A

A DBS check and DVLA check are also required for this role.
