Finance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our team at Play Sports Network. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations of our business.

Your primary responsibilities will include processing business expenses, managing e-commerce transactions, setting up new suppliers, and reconciling supplier statements. You will also be responsible for processing purchase invoices, ensuring accurate payment and resolving any queries in a timely manner.

In addition, you will assist with credit control, maintain customer relationships, and support process improvements as our business continues to grow and evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process business expenses and communicate with suppliers
  • Manage e-commerce transactions and reconcile supplier statements
  • Set up new suppliers and maintain supplier communications
  • Process purchase invoices and ensure accurate payment
  • Assist with credit control and maintain customer relationships
  • Support process improvements and contribute to the growth of our business
