Water Treatment Service and Sales Manager

A national provider of award-winning water treatment services is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Service and Sales Manager. With a strong presence across the UK and financial backing, our client is well-equipped to offer a lucrative compensation package, including a car package and uncapped commission scheme. The ideal candidate will be based in the North of the country and possess Water Treatment experience in services, sales, or a technical capacity.

Our client works with a range of industries, including hospitals, universities, councils, manufacturing facilities, and industrial customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for account management, new sales work, and working closely with the Water Treatment team on technical projects.

  • Key responsibilities include advising on innovation and new products, providing technical advice to the wider team, and completing technical quotations and analysis of lab results.
  • The role also involves training and upskilling staff, performing a percentage of service work on customers' sites, and supporting the compliance team with LCA and other company accreditations.
  • Desirable experience includes Water Softeners, RO servicing, UV, Closed system analysis, Side stream filtration, and Chlorine dioxide units, as well as good knowledge of HTMs, HSG, and BS.
