About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Supervisor - Food and Beverage to join our team. The successful candidate will supervise a team of staff from the bar to busy food outlets, interacting with Armed forces personnel daily and improving quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of staff to ensure that they are performing their duties effectively.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service and cleanliness.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve team performance and morale.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role with knowledge of catering operations and team leading experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate a team well.
- Can work at a fast pace and adapt to change when needed.
- Be a team player and communicate this with senior management.
