Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Assembly Operative to join our growing Assembly Team at Fortune Brands Innovations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality brass wear products with accuracy and speed, while maintaining a high level of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble brass wear components according to detailed work instructions and quality standards.
- Build, test, and pack products to the required quality standards and output targets.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as required for assembly tasks.
- Inspect assembled components for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing (preferred, but not essential).
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions and work accurately.
- Sufficient computer skills required.
- Attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to work as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
