Assistant Manager Role
Welcome Break is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to support the Unit Business Manager in every aspect of running the unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Unit Business Manager in people management, sales, and profitability.
- Drive sales growth and profitability through effective management and leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.
Requirements:
- Experience in a supervisor or management role in customer service.
- Passion for delivering great customer service.
- Good people management skills with the ability to motivate and lead by example.
- Business-minded with a focus on delivering profitable sales growth.
- Ambition to develop a management career.
