Ecology Project Lead

As a Senior Ecologist with Access Talent Group, you will lead ecological surveys and teams to deliver high-quality consultancy services. Our client, a multi-disciplinary consultancy, is seeking an ambitious professional who can support business development and mentor junior staff on project management, communication with clients, and growth strategy.
The role involves managing ecological surveys, liaising with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for project management, communication with clients, and helping to grow the consultancy in the Cardiff area.
We are offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
