About the Role

Proclinical Group is seeking a dedicated Data Insights Strategist to enhance data utilization and drive business excellence. This position includes deriving insights from data, producing and applying reporting strategies, and improving data-driven decision-making through metrics.

The successful candidate will integrate data insights with functionalities to drive business success and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and deliver reports that provide actionable insights into business processes, empowering teams to leverage data effectively.
  • Data Integration and Strategy: Promote the use of data as a strategic asset, integrating insights into workflows, and developing forward-looking data strategies to anticipate business needs.
  • Data Governance and Management: Oversee the full data lifecycle, ensuring effective data management, implementing processes for continuous data monitoring, cleaning, and enrichment, and establishing robust data governance protocols.
  • Coupa System Configuration: Configure and maintain Coupa system settings to align with business needs, creating compelling Coupa content, including dashboards, reports, and user guides.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, accounting, finance, or related business discipline.
  • Working history in procurement with progressive responsibility.
  • Experience in business analysis related to the responsibilities of this position.
  • Working experience with data management tools like Power BI, Smart Sheets, etc.
  • Strong process and time management skills, ability to work effectively under deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other design tools.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
