Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at The Chase Care Centre in Watford, Hertfordshire. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, ensuring their physical and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer and order medicines, ensuring timely and effective communication to achieve planned goals.
  • Support with new admissions and discharges of residents, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory frameworks.
  • Develop and implement detailed care plans, including risk assessments and diet plans, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Provide education and training to care staff on clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration.
  • Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including MCA/DoLs.
  • Experience in writing detailed care plans and risk assessments.
