We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Certas Energy UK Ltd in Kettering.

This is a permanent position working Monday to Friday with occasional overtime available mid-week and weekends paid at an enhanced rate. The shifts for this role are 6am to 2pm and 11am to 7pm, alternating weekly.

As a member of our Kettering operations team, you will be required to safely and accurately handle specialist lubricants with a value in excess of £3 million at any one time. You will work in a complex environment, performing duties that require a high level of detail to remain compliant and ensure product quality is not compromised in any way. Your tasks will include operating within the distribution centre, following site processes and procedures, and using purpose-built pumping equipment at times.

This role requires an enthusiastic individual with a positive approach and a professional and safe working manner.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • Counterbalance FLT licence (Essential)
  • Reach FLT license (Desirable - training will be provided)
  • Educated to GCSE Standard
  • Experience in handling Bulk liquids would be desirable
  • IT literate
  • Use of WMS systems
  • A good understanding of Safety in the workplace
