About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious litigator to join our Dispute Resolution team. As a Senior Litigation Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a range of general litigation cases for our clients, including landlord/tenant disputes, construction disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes, contentious probate, and contract disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of litigation cases, including drafting and filing court documents, conducting research, and representing clients in court.
  • Develop and implement effective case strategies to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in litigation.
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to grow the firm's litigation practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in litigation law and procedures.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 years of post-qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation.
  • Proven track record of success in litigation cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Aptitude for business development and marketing.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
