About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and leading building projects across various sectors, including warehousing, logistics, and commercial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a range of building projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement structural design solutions, utilizing expertise in steel, RC, and other materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve project outcomes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in structural design, with a focus on warehousing, logistics, and commercial projects.
  • Chartered or near chartered status, with a strong understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Proficient in design software, including TSD, Tedds, Etabs, and other relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
