About Us
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Conveyancing Expert to join our team. As a key member of the Conveyancing Team, you will provide efficient legal administration to colleagues within the team.
Duties:
- Prepare and issue sale contracts.
- Assist with conveyancing completions including the financial documents.
- Conduct searches including Local Authority, Land Registry, Lawyer search, Insolvency, Compliance regulation.
- Field enquiries as appropriate, communicating directly with clients and agents.
- Lexel compliance and reviews.
- Collate client AML documentation for review by the fee earner.
