Pharmaceutical Service Development Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Pharmaceutical Service Development Specialist to join our team at King's College Hospital. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Pharmacy Technician and Quality Assurance Specialist in the management and development of Pharmacy Aseptic Services.
The successful candidate will have experience in quality management processes, such as deviations, change controls, and/or CAPA. Additionally, they will possess practical and theoretical knowledge/experience in aseptic processing/techniques for the preparation of cytotoxic, monoclonal antibodies, and clinical trials products.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £44,806 - £53,134 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and ensure effectiveness of the training and professional development of technical staff
- Maintenance of the Pharmaceutical Quality System (PQS), as part of the management team
- Support managing technical staff and the technical aspects of aseptic dispensing
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- NVQ Pharmacy services Level 3 plus accredited underpinning knowledge or equivalent
- Training and/or Quality Management qualification or course
- Pre and In-Process Check accreditation (PIPC)
