We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Estimator/Cost Modeller/Cost Engineering Consultant to join our team at Gregory Martin International. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for providing cost estimates and engineering support to help our clients make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop whole life cost models and generate estimates for complex projects
  • Provide cost engineering support to clients, including cost estimation, risk analysis, and cost benefit analysis
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored cost estimation solutions
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve accuracy and understanding of project costs
  • Deliver technical consulting projects and build strong relationships with clients
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, risk analysis, and cost benefit analysis
  • Experience in developing whole life cost models and generating estimates for complex projects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Visual Basic and experience with risk tools such as @Risk
