Our award-winning Estate Agency client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Lettings Negotiator to join their team in St. John's Wood office.

Job Description

In this rewarding role, you will develop and maintain exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying client requirements and matching them to our property portfolio
  • Maximising appointment and activity levels through effective sales techniques

You will be an integral part of a highly successful and expanding Estate Agency, offering a structured career path up to regional management that recognises and rewards excellence.

Salary & Benefits

We offer an estimated salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission opportunities and bonus incentives. You will also enjoy ongoing career development, including comprehensive training and director-level mentoring.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous sales and/or customer services experience
  • Target-driven and tenacious mindset, with demonstrable evidence of achievements
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Motivation and enthusiasm to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong desire to lead and achieve results

Additionally, you will need to hold a full driving license, have your own car, and be insured for Business Use.
