Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled German Speaking Customer Care Administrator to join our team at Lifeplus. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our network, building relationships, and resolving complex queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer queries and process incoming requests via phone, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Make outgoing calls to customers to achieve a satisfactory resolution.
  • Develop relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Ensure a proactive, flexible, and positive approach when handling customer requests.
  • Participate in the ongoing development of Lifeplus Customer Care and contribute to personal learning and improvement.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both oral and written English and German.
  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of sales processes and ordering systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Able to solve problems, have initiative, and open to continuous improvement and learning.
