Job Summary

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a highly skilled Site Agent to join our team. As a Site Agent, you will play a crucial role in the construction strategy, working closely with the site engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and implementation of construction strategies, including kick-off meetings and pre-commencement documentation.
  • Liaise with team members to allocate resources, including labour, plant, materials, and temporary works, to ensure projects are completed to the required standards.
  • Manage the site engineering team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Coordinate construction operations, ensuring they conform to contract requirements and the required level of safety, health, environment, and quality (SHEQ).
Requirements
  • HNC/Degree in Construction/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of site engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
  • Experience of working on major civils packages.
  • Good team skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues.
