Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Print Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance for our managed print equipment at client premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair a range of print equipment, including Ricoh, Canon, HP, and MFP devices, to ensure they meet our technical specification.
  • Respond to field technical calls at client premises in a timely and efficient manner, fixing products on site with minimal delay.
  • Ensure accurate technical records are maintained by communicating with call control at required times.
  • Organise and maintain a suitable vehicle or onsite spare parts kit to minimize Return to Fit (RTF) calls.
  • Maintain accurate work expense records and submit these, along with receipts, at the required time.
  • Attend technical training courses, seminars, and other events to maintain technical skills and product awareness.

Requirements

  • Competent technician with extensive experience of repairing and maintaining colour and monochrome MFP devices.
  • Connectivity experience, including installing print drivers and connecting printers to simple networks.

Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent position, offering a salary package of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits, including a broad flexible benefits scheme, paid-for volunteering days, and a Core Hours arrangement providing flexibility around personal needs.
