We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance operative to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a contractor working on social housing, you will be responsible for maintaining the grounds of our properties.
Key Responsibilities- Strimming, cutting grass, weeding, and trimming hedges to maintain a high standard of grounds maintenance.
- Carrying out daily responsive repairs to ensure the properties are well-maintained.
- Experience in ground maintenance is essential.
- PA1 and PA2 qualifications would be advantageous.
- Previous experience working in social housing is preferred.
