About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lettings Advisor to join our team at Cubitt & West. As a Lettings Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers find their dream properties and providing exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with landlords and tenants to discuss their property requirements and provide expert advice on finding the perfect match.
  • Arrange and attend viewings and open days, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our customers.
  • Identify new leads and generate new business opportunities to drive performance and growth.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service, providing regular updates and feedback.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
