At Goldman Sachs, we are committed to delivering exceptional investment opportunities to our clients around the world. As a Senior ETF Marketing Specialist in our Asset Management team, you will play a critical role in shaping the marketing strategy for our Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs).

About the Role

This is a new opportunity that requires an experienced professional with a strong understanding of the asset management industry and a proven track record in marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to build awareness and affinity for our ETF investment capabilities.
  • Partner with investment teams to define product positioning, develop narratives, messaging strategy, and product content.
  • Create and develop ETF product-specific marketing collateral, including emails, presentations, and premier publications.
  • Map out a coordinated product-specific calendar that harmonizes with our content calendar and sequences externally published content effectively.
  • End-to-end reporting and measurement of day-to-day and campaign-related marketing impact, delivering clear Marketing Return on Investment (MROI) and taking active steps to adjust marketing approach as necessary to optimize impact.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in a similar role within a leading financial institution with an outstanding track record of measurable impacts and achievements.
  • Strong knowledge of the asset management industry: clients, products, regulations, competitors.
  • Experience of working with and delivering data-heavy collateral either in a marketing or sales function to a regular update cycle.
  • An understanding of all marketing mediums, including digital, social, and collateral.
  • Demonstrable track record of working effectively across matrixed, complex organizations with excellent communication, influencing, and presentation skills as well as the ability to engage with partners at all levels.
  • Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure while maintaining extremely high standards.
