About the Role:
The Residential Support Worker will provide support and care to young people within a residential home who display emotional and behavioural difficulties and challenging behaviour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support young people in developing life skills and promoting independence
- Work collaboratively with the children's team to achieve the best outcomes for those in care
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young people to thrive
- Develop and maintain relationships with young people, families, and other professionals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months experience working with children and young people
- Full driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Legal right to work in the UK
- Full employment history with any gaps explained
