Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Huws Gray Grangemouth. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of colleagues and driving customer sales to deliver outstanding branch performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Financial Management: Take responsibility for the branch's profit and loss account, managing costs and ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop business opportunities to drive growth and increase sales.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of colleagues, providing training and support to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Resource Management: Manage all resources within the branch, including stock, equipment, and vehicles.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager with a strong background in retail or a related industry. You will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Previous experience in a management role is essential, and a timber background would be advantageous for this role.
