Support Worker Opportunity

At Voyage Care, we're seeking a dedicated and caring Female Support Worker to join our team in Nuneaton. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our service users, helping them to gain independence and confidence in their daily lives.

**Key Responsibilities:**
Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
Encourage service users to access their local communities and engage in social activities
Teach new life skills and promote independence
Work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and welcoming environment

**What We Offer:**
Competitive pay rate starting at £11.45ph
Enhanced evening and weekend pay at an additional 50p per hour
Premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour
