About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our Adult Supported Living team in North Lanarkshire. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing individualized support to adults and/or young people with a wide range of disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living tasks, such as washing, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Encourage individuals to achieve their personal outcomes and participate in activities and interests.
  • Support individuals with their physical health, relationships, emotional health, and wellbeing.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high-quality service is delivered.
