Ophthalmic Theatre Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our Ophthalmology team as an Ophthalmic Scrub Nurse/ODP. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities- To provide high-quality planned care for patients, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- To support and assist in the management and organisation of care provision within the department, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Assist in the delivery of patient care, promoting best evidence-based practice and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered with NMC/HCPC, with experience within Ophthalmology procedures or other relevant Ophthalmic experience.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- 25 days leave + bank holidays, plus flexible shift patterns available where possible.
- Private pension scheme, with employer matching up to 5% after a qualifying period.
- Enhanced parental leave policies and private medical cover, including option to add partner and dependents.
