NCC Group is dedicated to delivering exceptional results in the field of cyber-security and escrow. We are currently seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to join our Software Resilience Legal Team and contribute to our mission of excellence.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the business to support a range of legal activities, including managing daily workflow, supporting the rest of the team, and researching and advising on technical queries related to the escrow and cyber-security industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and other legal documents
  • Creating templates for new products and channel sales streams and updating existing contracts used by NCC Group
  • Providing training to new starters in the UK sales and operational teams
  • Providing legal advice to colleagues on a wide range of legal and commercial issues, including IP and contentious issues
  • Managing daily work flow and supporting the rest of the team
  • Researching and advising on technical queries relating to the escrow and cyber-security industry
  • Liaising with other parts of the business to support compliance, corporate and the Co Sec team

Benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills and expertise while working on challenging projects. The estimated salary for this position is £58,000-£68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
