Job Summary
Eurest is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Director to lead our dedicated catering team in Durham, UK. This prestigious contract offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and directing the preparation and cooking of food to enhance the company's reputation for quality. You will drive our sustainability mission to achieve net zero by 2030, create a positive kitchen environment, and focus on service execution and delivery excellence.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent culinary and presentation skills, and the ability to successfully motivate and manage a team to deliver consistent standards. You will also possess a clear understanding of profit margins, purchasing policy, budgeting, and food costing, as well as stock and waste control experience. Additional requirements include knowledge of HACCP, Food Safety, Health and Safety, Natasha's Law, Allergens, and Manual Handling.
