WR Logistics is seeking an experienced and skilled HGV trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs to new drivers in Liverpool. The ideal candidate will develop engaging training content, keeping up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices.
Job OverviewThis role involves working on a permanent basis, Monday to Friday, focusing on developing effective training programs for HGV drivers, emphasizing safe and efficient driving practices.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver high-quality training programs for HGV drivers, incorporating industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and support the onboarding of new drivers.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Certification as an approved driving instructor or equivalent qualification.
- Ability to adapt training techniques to meet the needs of diverse drivers and create an inclusive learning environment.
