Job Description

The successful candidate will have a PhD in Chemistry or relevant advanced research experience and a strong understanding of carbonation mechanisms and CO2 uptake. They will be responsible for conducting research, collaborating with the technical team, and contributing to grant project proposals.

The estimated salary for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing new methods and techniques for cement chemistry and carbon capture
  • Collaborating with the technical team to develop and implement new technologies
  • Conducting cost-benefit analysis and LCA of developed materials
  • Managing technical projects and expanding the team
Requirements:
  • PhD in Chemistry or relevant advanced research experience
  • Strong understanding of carbonation mechanisms and CO2 uptake
  • Experience with cement chemistry and carbon capture
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
