Manufacturing Quality Control Professional

We are looking for a Manufacturing Quality Control Professional to join our team at the JRL Group. As a Manufacturing Quality Control Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will perform quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products and assemblies, and use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers to ensure product specifications are met.

Main Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products and assemblies.
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met.
Identify any defects or abnormalities during visual inspections.
Analyze data to identify trends or patterns in product quality.
Maintain accurate records of inspection results.
Communicate any quality issues or concerns to the relevant departments.

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Inspector or in a similar role preferred.
Proficient in using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and other tools.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or abnormalities.
Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
