Job Title: Apprentice Sales Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking a strong Sales Negotiator to join our team at Cldrecruitment in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity to step up your career in a market leading Estate Agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make viewing, survey, and valuation appointments
- Arrange appointments between Financial Consultants and potential customers
- Make and refresh Conveyancing leads
- Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact
- Regular competitor checks and prospecting
- Provide viewing feedback to vendors
- Check 'For Sale' boards status and maintain window display
- Arrange and follow up viewings for potential buyers
- Fully qualify all potential vendors and purchasers using agreed documentation and procedures
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed
- Ability to work under pressure within a target orientated environment
- Provide property details to potential buyers
- Prepare valuation sheets for Manager and/or Valuer
- Prepare sales particulars and make amendments
- Undertake viewings when requested
Requirements:
- Display personal drive and initiative
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Well dressed and well presented at all times
- Maintain an enthusiastic and high energy approach to work
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player with excellent organisational skills
