Workshop Team Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Controller to join our team in Coventry.
- Salary: £46,000 per annum (OTE)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role as Workshop Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring maximum productivity in the workshop, liaising between Service Advisors and Technicians, and managing the workflow of all jobs to brand standard.
- Manage a team of Technicians to ensure efficient and effective workflow through the workshop
- Provide focused management to the service department team to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Ensure processes are always adhered to and conduct regular process reviews with the Aftersales Manager
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working within a dealership as a Trainee Workshop Controller, Experienced Workshop Foreman or Experienced Workshop Controller
- Unlimited confidence, resilience, drive, energy, and talent
- A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed
