About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Insights Analyst to join our team at The LEGO Group. As a Consumer Insights Analyst, you will play a key role in driving data-based decision making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consumer Data Analysis: Analyze consumer data from various sources, including surveys, contact analysis, and other data sources, to provide insights and trend reporting.
  • Insight Creation: Create deep-dive reports with strong storytelling narratives to motivate change and drive business decisions.
  • Communication: Communicate insights and findings to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional project teams to define analytic questions, scopes of work, and priorities.
  • Data Modelling: Use data modelling and analysis techniques to discover insights that will guide strategic decisions and uncover optimisation opportunities.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze performance from a well-rounded view, transforming raw data into measurable insights using data points from Quant and Qual platforms.

What You'll Need

  • Advanced Data Analytics Skills: Proven experience in advanced data analytics, modelling, and visualisation, including use of Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and partner management skills, including proactively defining questions, scope, and delivery.
  • Business Acumen: Engagement and understanding of other business areas, data/insights sources, strategies, challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with programming languages like SQL or Python would be advantageous.
