The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and running activities, supporting children and young people during after-school clubs, and working closely with the Youth Group Leader to ensure the smooth delivery of our programs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging activities for children and young people
* Support the Youth Group Leader in the planning and delivery of programs
* Work with children and young people to identify their needs and interests
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, young people, and their families
* Contribute to the development of our youth programs and services

Requirements:

* A passion for working with children and young people
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A creative and flexible approach to planning and delivering activities
* Enhanced DBS clearance
