Homecare Companion

The advertised rate for this role is £18.00 per hour, including both base pay and compensation for travel time. Your overall pay will vary depending on the specific hours worked and travel time undertaken.

We are seeking compassionate and caring individuals to join our team as Homecare Companions. As a Homecare Companion, you will provide support and companionship to our clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities may include assisting with personal care, such as washing, dressing, and managing medications, as well as cooking or preparing hot meals and helping with domestic tasks. But your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.

With our predictive technology and risk alerts, you will have the tools you need to make informed decisions and act quickly, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a genuine passion for providing high-quality care. You will also need to have a driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
