Job Title: Regulated Procurement Consultant and Trainer

About the Role:

Achilles Group Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regulated Procurement Consultant and Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our training and consultancy team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Regulated Procurement activities to our in-house customers and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Regulated Procurement activities to delegates of all knowledge and skill levels.
  • Develop new course material within the remit of Regulated Procurement rules, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our clients' needs.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to raise awareness of our regulated procurement training and consultancy services within the UK and Northern Ireland.
  • Advise and input on the completion of competitive bids, focusing on technical specifications and commercial submissions.
  • Provide customer-facing activities, interacting with delegates and stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of regulated procurement and associated activities, with a strong understanding of legislation and compliance.
  • Talent in stakeholder management and networking, with strong leadership capabilities and influencing skills.
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and convincing manner.
  • Proven negotiation skills, facilitation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise with all levels of management and work with other departments.

Qualifications:

  • MCIPS Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply.
  • LLM Public Procurement Law and Policy (Masters) or working towards or willing to study.
