Job Title: Senior Electronics Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electronics Engineer to join our team at Innovate. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and testing cameras for our projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop PCBs for space applications, including component selection, schematic capture, analysis, and documentation.
  • Develop and present innovative designs that meet customer requirements, maintaining and updating compliance verification matrices with electrical standards.
  • Use interface diagrams and charts to capture system architecture and enhance lifecycle documentation for gate reviews.
  • Assemble and present gate review paperwork, communicating effectively with all parties involved.
  • Lead the advancement of department capabilities, coaching and developing team engineers.
  • Test and verify electronics, preparing related paperwork in an organized manner.

Requirements:


Knowledge of PCB design approaches for high-speed circuitry, ability to create innovative electronic designs, and demonstration of working to high-reliability standards.

Strong understanding of electronics and electrical interfaces, ability to convey technical data and complex designs in an easy-to-understand format.
