Associate Health and Safety Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Associate Health and Safety Consultant to join our team at The Health and Safety Partnership Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality health and safety services to our clients across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of Health and Safety experts, providing technical guidance and ensuring quality assurance for CDM roles and safety services within projects.
  • Expand workload through bidding and proposal drafting, coordinating local resources, and overseeing infrastructure projects for both current and prospective clients.
  • Deliver audits, inspections, and management system reviews, as well as assisting with bid proposals and project set up.
  • Manage and deliver results for client accounts, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • CMIOSH status or equivalent, with a degree or higher level qualification in a relevant Health and Safety or Construction subject.
  • Significant experience working in a consultancy environment delivering construction and business assurance services.
  • Proven track record of managing and developing junior team members.
  • Experience in delivering CDM duties as both the Principal Designer and the Client.
