Teaching Assistant Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teaching Assistant Leader to join our team at Teach Now. As a key member of our teaching team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality learning experiences across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a primary school setting, a passion for education, and excellent communication skills. They will also be responsible for supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons, covering classes when needed, and leading small group interventions.

Salary: £100-£120 per day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons and contributing to the planning, preparation, and delivery of learning activities.
  • Cover classes across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 when needed, ensuring minimal disruption to pupils' learning.
  • Lead small group interventions to support pupils with varying educational needs, including those with special educational needs.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a primary school setting (Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2).
  • Passion for education and supporting young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
