Concourse Kiosk Staff Opportunity

We are seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Concourse Kiosk Staff at Blackburn Rovers Football Club. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced and innovative hospitality venue, providing an outstanding customer experience to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming guests and taking orders in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Handling and preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a clean and safe work environment
  • Helping answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage choices
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Being friendly yet professional
  • Being a team player with an ability to resolve conflict and take criticism
  • Good attention to detail and punctuality
  • Being proactive and having experience within a hospitality, catering or bar setting
